I ordered two custom frames, which arrived in a timely manner, however one was damaged in shipping. Within 30 minutes of delivery, the customer service team responded and had an order in to re-create the damaged photo. All my pictures were a "5" as far as quality and I appreciated so much that they came framed. The 2 canvas wraps were excellent quality and look beautiful on my wall. What I wish was different: You could get 50% off if ordering multiple such as 2 or 3 of the same. I wish it didn't have to be the exact same size! For example, I ordered the canvas wall hangings and would have really appreciated being able to get a different size in the one hanging since my wall space lacks from having a small home however in order to get the sale, I had to get the same size for every picture. That really was disappointing and messed up my decorating plan.

I have ordered canvas' from a number of websites (all good results) but the frame on these make them look so elegant! They look perfect in my master bedroom and the quality is 5 stars.
