Smallwoods is seeking an experienced Front-End Developer to maintain and support our technology needs. The ideal candidate will be able to build and maintain React / Frontend apps to plan for growth to meet future needs. The Person

The ideal candidate is experienced in the following technology areas:

• Knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with REST API’s
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with Shopify Liquid
• Experience with React/Redux, Webpack / bable and Git
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration / Deployment

The Position

• Responsible for building and maintaining react apps in Shopify
• Also, maintaining, editing and building new Shopify themes
• Work with design team to create well designed UI/UX
• Work with back end to create scalable apps and services

The Past Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in an information technology field or related engineering/technology field
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• The ability to lift 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Good communication skills
• Strong team-oriented player
• Customer service focused
• Strong attention to detail
• Has a good sense of humor

We are looking for upbeat, enthusiastic people who want to take part in something great we have brought to East Texas! This is for part time positions during our Market weekends which is every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions of Event Manager for each event
• Initiate a genuine, friendly, and personal greeting to our guest as they arrive
• Arrive on time for scheduled shift and leave at designated time
• Provide guests with helpful directions/suggestions that will enhance their experience
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Must be able to help in any area needed during the event (cashier, customer service, parking lot, ect.)

Will work with the Chef and be responsible for one or multiple areas of the KITCHEN/FOOD TRUCK such as the grill or fryer, depending upon the size and scale of the restaurant. AM/ PM

Will make or break the customer experience. Responsible for taking orders in a friendly manner, sending orders in a correct and timely manner to the kitchen, and calculating the bill. They will also help with the cooks boxing and putting out orders. They will also help with the loading and unloading of the truck. They will run the register as well.
