Welcome to our store! We look forward to assisting you with anything you need. Should you need to get in contact with us for questions about a product or any other inquiries, please email us at Support@SmallwoodHome.com and we'll get you taken care of! We love getting to meet you and getting to help with anything you need. We are here answering messages Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM.  We reserve the weekends to be with our friends and family.

Most of our items are in stock and ready to ship and leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. 

We truly hope you are happy with each item you’ve received and we are so grateful you chose to purchase from us. Of course, if you are not completely satisfied you can return your item within 10 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding original shipping & handling).  Just send us an email at Support@SmallwoodHome.com and let us know you are returning. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a refund within 7 days. In order to speed that process up, please let us know the name you ordered under as well as your order number in your email to us.

If an item is damaged or broken when you open the box, please send us an email within 10 days of receipt at Support@SmallwoodHome.com to let us know. Include images of the damaged item and packaging with your messages so that we can assess the damage and take action from there. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond. 

Occasionally we make mistakes and we might ship you the wrong item altogether! In that case, please email us at Support@SmallwoodHome.com within 10 days and let us know. If this happens, we will send you a return label to have the incorrect item returned to us. The item must be shipped back in the original box with the original packaging. If the item is not shipped back in the original box it was shipped in, we will not pay for the box or the return shipping.  Once we receive it back, we will ship out the correct item.

Please allow up to 24 hours after you send us a message to get back with you and process your request.

Clearance items are final sale items and cannot by refunded or returned.
