Pickup Hours

Pickup hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 3PM CST. We will not be able to fulfill your order before or after this time. 

We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.  

Pickup Instructions

Step 1: Drive to our pickup location: 

Smallwoods Headquarters 10481 US-259 Gilmer, Tx 75645 

 Step 2: Once you arrive, please park in the Local Pickup Parking Lot.   

Step 3: Proceed inside glass double doors and present order confirmation email to front office staff. 

We will retrieve your order and will bring it to your car for you!
