1. Eligibility 

The Smallwoods Weekly Gift Card Giveaway (the 'Giveaway') is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of SmallwoodHome.com, LLC ('Smallwoods'), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

2. How to Enter 

To enter the Giveaway, participants must sign up to receive email and text alerts from Smallwoods. Only one entry per person per week is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. 

3. Giveaway Period 

The Giveaway runs continuously with a new winner selected each Friday at 12:00 PM Central Time. Entries received after 11:59 PM Central Time on the Thursday before the drawing will be entered into the next week's drawing. 

4. Winner Selection and Notification 

One winner will be selected at random each week from eligible entries. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during sign-up. The $200 digital gift card will be automatically delivered to the winner's email address. No response is necessary to claim the prize. 

5. Prize 

Each weekly winner will receive a $200 Smallwoods digital gift card, which will be delivered via email. Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions allowed. 

6. General Conditions 

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Smallwoods, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Smallwoods reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any problem prevents the Giveaway from running as planned. 

7. Privacy 

Information collected from entrants is subject to Smallwoods' Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to receive marketing emails and SMS messages from Smallwoods. You may unsubscribe at any time. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

Smallwoods is not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (ii) technical failures; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; or (iv) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway. 

9. Disputes 

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of the Giveaway shall take place in Upshur County, Texas.
