Cancellation policy
Plans can change. This policy explains when and how you can cancel a one-time Smallwoods order.
Cancellation Window
Orders placed with standard production can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. This applies to both custom and non-custom items.
After 12 hours, orders move into production and can no longer be canceled.
Express Production and Overnight Shipping
Orders placed with Express Production or Overnight Shipping cannot be canceled or modified. These orders are prioritized immediately, so the 12-hour cancellation window does not apply.
How to Cancel
- Visit our support form.
- Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Select Cancel Order and submit your request within 12 hours of placing your order.
Eligible cancellations submitted through the form within the 12-hour window are processed automatically. After that window, the cancellation option is no longer available.
Returns and Order Issues
Canceling an order is different from requesting a return or reporting a problem with a delivered item. Please review our Refund Policy for return eligibility and help with damaged or defective items.
